Networking Intelligence

Turn any AI assistant into your personal conference navigator for AI Week Milano 2026

No content available yet.

What Is This

Five markdown files that turn any AI assistant into your personal conference navigator. Upload them once, then ask anything in natural language.

Tested with Claude, OpenAI (ChatGPT), and Microsoft Copilot.

Built with PSC37 Networking Intelligence by Prosecco 37.

The Five Files

Every session, speaker, exhibitor, and stand — structured and ready.

FileWhat’s insideExample question
SCHEDULE.mdFull session timetable with rooms“What’s happening at 2 PM today?”
PEOPLE.mdAll speakers with companies and sessions“Who from Google Cloud is speaking?”
EXHIBITORS_AND_STANDS.mdAll exhibitors by area with stand numbers“I’m at booth 50 — who should I visit nearby?”
THEMES_AND_TRACKS.mdSessions and exhibitors by thematic track“Which are the key sessions on AI regulation?”
NETWORKING_INTEL.mdPre-computed targets and strategic insights“Who are my top 10 people to meet?”

What You Can Ask

Conference planning in natural language. Replace the brackets with your details.

  • “Plan my day 1 around [cybersecurity / AI / regulation / …] with 15-minute buffers between sessions.”
  • “Find 5 people working in [industry] that I should meet, and draft LinkedIn connection requests.”
  • “I’m at stand [number] . Who’s nearby worth visiting?”
  • “Which sessions have the most speakers from main sponsors?”
  • “I have a free slot between [time] and [time] — what should I do?”
  • “Tell me everything about [person name] and when I can find them.”
  • “Which companies have both a stand and a speaker on stage?”

Setup (2 Minutes)

For Claude

  1. Go to claude.ai and open your Project (or create a new one)
  2. Click “Add project knowledge” or the Files + button
  3. Drag all 5 files from the extracted folder into the upload area
  4. Start a new conversation inside the project

For ChatGPT / Copilot

Upload the markdown files directly in a conversation or attach them in a project workspace. The same files work everywhere.

That’s it. Your AI now knows every session, speaker, exhibitor, and stand.

Freshness Matters

Each file carries a timestamp at the top showing when it was generated. If sessions shift or speakers are added, regenerate the files on the morning of the conference to stay current.

Tips

  • Be specific. “Who should I meet” works. “Who should I meet working in banking regulation” works better.
  • Add a ME.md describing who you are and what you’re looking for.
  • Ask follow-ups. The AI keeps context within the same conversation.
  • If the AI gives you a name, immediately ask “Draft an intro message for this person”.

Questions

Is this free? Yes. You only need an account on your preferred AI assistant — free tiers work.

Which AIs are supported? Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot have been tested. Any assistant that accepts file uploads will work.

What if I miss the workshop? The demo and files are yours to keep. Download the zip and follow the setup steps above.
